Mersen NOW has free rapid prototype engineering sample capabilities to achieve design-in position on new projects. Their rapid prototyping service is offered to our customers who are requesting rapid design, development, and manufacture of specific products. This applies to products with attachments such as blades, tabs, and crimp caps that can be used in conjunction with available fuse and fusegear products.
Great for OEM solutions.
Rapid prototype engineering samples are available to identified high priority projects. The internal process has been reviewed and optimized to give you a lead time of 15 business days.

Criteria for Rapid Prototyping Projects
Rapid prototype engineering samples are available to identified high priority projects that meet one or more of the following criteria:
• Team resource is not available
• Use of existing fuse and fuse gear technology
• Funds not available at Milestone 1
• Premium delivery for every part and product may apply
• Rapid prototyping supplier available/able to deliver parts on time
• No ECR/ECO. New naming convention to parts and products in order to track project.
